Timothy is doing his Ph.D in Management with full scholarship at Cass Business School, City of London. He received his training on Management and Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Aston Business School as well as London School of Economics. His expertise and research interests include leadership and team-based working, positive organizational behaviour, cross-cultural management and management in professional service firms. He has published and presented numerous papers in leading international journals and conferences. Timothy is also a chartered occupational psychologist with consulting experience and previous employers include SHL (Hong Kong) and RSG Consulting (London).
