Positive Organizational Behavior (POB) in Managerial Decision Making
The implementation of a successful strategy is a major challenge for companies in all size and it directly determines the organizational performance. Although strategy for the future is usually defined and communicated to staff, strategy execution is not always understood and well accepted by all employees in the organization. In this article, we discuss how the four key psychological resource capacities put forward by “Positive Management”, namely “Self-efficacy, Hope, Optimism, and Resiliency”, improve workplace performances and might exercise influence on managerial decision making.
